My answer: At the moment I'm reading the book The Calling by Kelley Armstrong which is the sequel to The Gathering. Sometimes I think I'm pretty good in casting my favourite characters but just like everyone else who tries this casting process, we all have very different versions of how we see our characters . . . so here's who I picture as the main characters!
For Maya's character I thought Troian Bellisario was a perfect fit.
For Daniel's character I thought Lucas Till was a great choice.
And finally for Rafe's character I thought Tyler Posey would be him for sure.

Glad to hear it. Couldn't think of anyone else . . . but they seem to be perfect fits for the characters.
DeleteI am so terrible at fantasy casting! I can never pick someone who truly resembles how I see the characters in my mind. I own a copy of The Gathering, so when I get around to it, I shall come back here and assess you on your dream casting talent :P
ReplyDeleteIt's tough casting the characters since a lot of people tend to disagree with each other's choices . . . but it's our own imagination so we get to decide who could play who. As for The Gathering it's definitely a great read so by the time you read it I hope you approve of my casting talents! haha.
