Today's Follow Friday is hosted Samantha by at Parajunkee's View.
This week's question: In books like the Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood) series the paranormal creature in question "comes out of the closet" and makes itself known to the world. Which mythical creature do you wish would come out of the closet, for real?
My answer: Oh that's easy! Vampires all the way! From a young age I was always interested in vampires especially when Buffy was made known to the world and now with my favourite show being True Blood and my favourite book series being Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead and the Night Huntress series by Jeaniene Frost - all of which contain vampires - I was and still AM loving vampires. Don't roll your eyes . . . because while vampires might sound cliche to you, but for me they will always remain a myth that everyone will find fascinating! ;)
So, what's your Follow Friday answer?

Have a great weekend you guys!
Hopping through. I don't think I'll ever get sick of vampires. Werewolves I can mostly give up, but not my vamps.

Vampires are an excellent choice...they are like the bad boy that everyone wants. I wouldn't mind having my very own Adrian Belikov from Vampire Academy. Yummy.

I didn't discover vampires until the Twilight series. I might be scared to live in a world with them unless there were good, hot ones lurking around.

I totally agree with you--vampires are pretty awesome. I loved L.J. Smith's Vampire Diaries series and it was what actually got me into my YA paranormal phase. I also love Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy books though I still need to read the 3rd book and on.
ReplyDeleteGreat post and thanks for stopping by our blog!
Happy reading:)
