Follow Friday

Today's Follow Friday is hosted by Bonnie at Parajunkee's View.

This week's question: Talk about a book that most changed or influenced your life (was it a book that turned you from an average to avid reader, did it help you deal with a particularly difficult situation, does it bring you comfort every time you read it?).

My answer: Honestly, there are so many books out there that have changed and/or influenced my life. For this week's answer I will have to name my TOP 3 books since I can't choose between them. The first is being the EPIC adventures of Mr. Harry Potter. I think pretty much every single person in the entire universe fell in love with Rowling's magicial adventures and the whole of my childhood revolved around this one series. Since the last movie came out . . . it has ended my childhood. Such sad - but good - memories.

The second book that changed my life would be my favourite sassy heroine Miss Nancy Drew. I'm a hardcore Nancy Drew fan and again this was apart of my childhood and even today I still remain a HUGE fan. I own a lot and I mean A LOT of Nancy Drew books and she's well . . . a legend. Really.

And lastly, Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy series. Seriously, where would I be without this series? It's beyond amazing and completely changed my outlook on vampires. Richelle Mead is a legend and she's of many authors that have inspired me to become a writer also. Anyway, I'm looking forward to reading her spin-off series BLOODLINES.

So, what do you think?

What books have changed your life?

Have a great weekend you guys!
